Modular Product Line

CEILING MATELINE CAP

The Made Rite Ceiling Mateline Cap system has been a real hit with our customers with over 150 different branches utilizing our product. The Made Rite system is fast and easy to install. The Mateline cap is a reusable system and saves the ceilings from damage as seen with the standard nail up mateline hardboard cap. With our 12” system, customers have remarked how great and easy this product is for setup and tear down of double wide units. Our track system stays in place on the ceiling and the shipping walls can be installed without removing the track. This is also convenient as it allows for setups even when the units are uneven.

SNAP-ON BASEBOARD SYSTEM

The Snap-On Baseboard System was developed with cellular PVC to provide a fast and easy way to install baseboards. Our customers have complained about the current use of the vinyl cove base baseboard systems as it is removed and thrown away after refurbishing units. The vinyl cove base is also messy to install and sometimes upon removal can damage the existing wall panels. Our system also offers the ability to run wiring behind it for a clean overall look. This is convenient as it makes it easy to run networking, phone lines, security, and internet outlets all while keeping wires hidden from sight.

FLOOR MATELINE CAP

The patented Floor Mateline Cap System makes set up and tear downs a Snap. This product takes the place of the aluminium carpet bar. With the aluminium carpet bar, you have to install by nailing or screwing. Our system is a low profile PVC cover. It is easy to install, just push it into the floor gap, no nailing or screwing. Our system will not damage the sub-floors. Great for fire rated units with concrete floors. No more wall or flooring damage.
  • Reusable
  • Pre-Finished
  • Easy to Install
  • Will not Rot
  • Resists Mildew and Fungus
  • Will not Absorb Moisture
Installation is trouble-free as once the clips are installed, the Snap-On Baseboards are a snap to remove and reinstall.

Modular Buildings
Structurally, modular buildings are generally stronger than conventional construction because each module is engineered to independently withstand the rigors of transportation and craning onto foundations. Once together and sealed, the modules become one integrated wall, floor and roof assembly.
The modules are typically six-sided boxes that are placed on the foundations and joined together, either side-by-side, end-to-end, or stacked on top of one another, to form a single building.
At Made Rite Inc, we have over 15 years of experience in manufacturing modular structures for a number of applications.

Modular Buildings Benefits
Here at Made Rite, we pride ourselves on the modular building services we offer, and the safety of our clients and staff is of the utmost priority. All of our modular structures meet strict building and construction regulations and guidelines, so you can be assured of a premium quality building that is fit for purpose, whether you intend to use it temporarily or permanently.
Prefabricated modular structures are used by a variety of different industries, such as education and schools, construction, healthcare, defence, transport, and energy and mining, when a site-built structure is not feasible, or the building is intended for temporary or semi-permanent use.
Modular buildings offer a number of key benefits and advantages to consumers:

BETTER RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Construction and assembly times are much quicker than on-site builds, meaning your structure will be up and running in up to half the time.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

Off-site built structures generate less waste and cause less site disturbance than on-site builds. Modular buildings are easy to dismantle and relocate as the needs of your company change.

NO HOLD-UPS DUE TO WEATHER

On-site construction can be dependent upon the weather, but modular buildings are constructed in a factory so this is not an issue.

FLEXIBLE

Extending a conventional building is a huge undertaking that can take weeks or months to complete; but if you want to extend a modular building you can simply add extra sections to accommodate the needs of your business.
